Extremely high-quality, at a very reasonable price.
I don't like to write reviews unless I've actually used the item for a while. So, after having these pans for a couple of months, I can say I'm extremely pleased by the quality of this set. I have now used them on gas, smoothtop electric, and induction cooktop's. They perform flawlessly on all three. Due to their multilayer construction, they heat evenly and quickly. Because of the high sheen surface, cleanup is almost as easy as on a nonstick surface. The lids also have a temperature indicator, (low medium and high). My primary cooking surface is a new induction cooktop and that's where these really shine. (I can boil a full cup of water in one of these pans in about 45 seconds and then immediately reduce the temperature to a simmer, you can't even do that with gas). At the price point I purchased these for on Amazon (less than $200) I believe they also represent an excellent value (I've seen individual pans at a higher price than this entire set). Also of note, their original advertised purchase price was quite a bit higher ($1709.00 American), and I mean no offense, but I think you'd have to be in the more money than brains department to purchase them or any set of pans at the price. The other great thing is that if you order them through Amazon and have a problem or don't like them, Amazon has one of the best return policies in the business. Happy cooking!Sincerely, Phil.

My second set in 30 years
I love these pans. As stated this is my 2nd set in 30 years. If you follow the directions these pans will last a very long time. Don't overheat pans keep and eye on dials don't let flame go beyond bottom of pan use soft utensils and bar keepers friend sounds a lot but it's really not. Follow directions!!!

Handles get hot.
These are GREAT-quality pots and pans. The only downside is that the handles get hot. You must use something to protect your fingers when removing them from the heat source.

Swiss Inox Si-7000 Cookware
I like how this set cooks and have no problem with cleaning the pieces after use. The downside for me on this set is, on the casserole pans, I get my fingers stuck between the opening of the handle and the pan itself. Also, I find the edges need to be rounded under more, the edges are very sharp. After 10 years of cooking with this set, my pans are now falling apart. The bottom portion has pulled away for upper portion, leaving the pans unusable. I guess nothing last forever anymore.

Amazing deal! If you love to cook, buy this now!
I took a risk on this product because of the maker. I was blown away buy the quality of the cookware. It is heavy, well made and beautiful. Way beyond expectations. I also bought some Cuisinart sauce pans because I never have enough sauce pans and a set always comes with the same pieces I don't need. Although the Cuisinart was well made, this set is several buts above. However I will keep the Cuisinart because I need the extra sauce pans. I will use all of this cookware. The Pros are the 7 layers of heat induction on the bottom. There are usable pieces here that work well together. There is a strainer that goes in the 3 quart pan. The picture shows a lid on the pan and the strainer but there is only one lid (which makes sense). This is also waterless cookware. I don't know much about waterless cookware but I have never seen a set for under $1000 so I never tried it. For the cookware alone, I would give it a 5. The negative side is around 4 of the parts. There are two trivets, and some handle with a suction cup. I have no idea what to do with these as the trivets are much too small to be of any use. I think the handle is meant to stick to the bottom of the mixing bowl so it can be used as a lid. Why, I don't know but that is the only thing I can think of. The strainer basket comes with a separate handle so the wire handle is considered part of the count. Next, the handles have plastic under them to make them cooler to the touch. There is a warning not to turn the flame up too high or they will melt. Yes they will because my husband turns the gas burners up too high and burned the handles on a similar pot I used to have. The knobs on all of the lids have temperature gauges built in. I have not had good luck with these kinds of lids in the past so for that reason (and the plastic under the handles) is why I am rating this a 4 out of 5. I get the impression there should have been a recipe book but an instruction guide would have really been nice. I have NEVER used waterless cookware so I am nor sure how to use this. Regardless, it meets my needs. Overall, I would value this set at closer to $1000 for the 15 parts I will use. You will not regret picking up this cookware!

Quality made pots and pans.
Very well made. I expected cleaning to be a little more difficult, but have no problem with a steel wool, everything that sticks comes clean without much effort. Love the look, very beautiful and shiny. Handles dont get hot, slightly warm. Measuring lines inside pots and pans pretty handy. Lids have thermostats on top of knob/ handle, very cool feature. The smaller pots are smaller around the bottom than the standard little burner - electric stove. Metal frying basket works great for deep frying. The bottoms are heavy and heat disperses evenly. I am very pleased with these!

Great set - lid handles need re-engineered
This is a really nice set for the money. I gave it three stars because after 2 years of use, the handles on the lids that has the dial in them cracked and came apart due to washing them in the dishwasher. They need to remedy that.I bought this set for an induction stove that I had gotten. Some people think the induction stove “sings” b/c a high pitch is heard when you turn the burner on - but it isn’t the stove - it’s the cookware. ALL induction cookware does it till it gets heated up, then it stops. It only lasts for a few minutes and it isn’t loud and doesn’t hurt your ears or anything. Some people find it annoying, I guess - but I don’t. The pots and skillets have held up EXCELLENTLY! The lids have to - just not the knobs on the top of the lids. 😞

Very nice stainless steel set
I have only had the opportunity to use one pot. Heats fast on low to medium temperature and cooks well. The material under handles do heat up. Clean up is good. Aesthetically pleasing This set certainly has good value for the money The set was packaged very well. I look forward to using the whole set
