The Kictic Two Head Shower-HeadTL;DR: It's cheap plastic that I don't expect to last long.I was expecting this in the mail with other items, but when I opened the box, I didn't see anything that looked like a shower head or would fit a shower head. There were my other items and an unmarked box that didn't seem like it could fit a shower head of this size in it. Sure enough, that's what was in there. There is definitely some assembly required.After unboxing and getting my hands on the parts, I could immediately tell that this was a cheap product. On the handle of the wand, a small spot of its coating had already chipped off. Upon inspecting the rubber nozzles, I could see some of them were malformed and weren't going to shoot water straight (and I hate that).The handle that you turn to switch the direction of water flow between the handle, the head, and both, I will say, has a very satisfying click. Although with how cheap it feels, at first I thought I had broken something.I'm a bit of a technical person and this isn't the first shower head I've installed. Assembling the unit and installing it in the bathroom was very straight-forward. Some tweaking here and there but nothing I would consider unusual.In the end, it "works as advertised", but I'll be returning this to get something else. The malformed rubber nozzles are going to drive me insane just shooting off in random directions, and for $35, there are better shower heads out there from trusted name brands that are better for around the same price.

Cheaply made, changing water ptressure setting on the head is very difficult. Switching from handheld to regular shower is is also no easy task. Probably the worse shower head I have ever purchased.
