The elastic is too stretchy, and just feels like it’s gonna give way, and too long also, you head just sits on the floor, unless you wrap it around and around the door handle a ton of times

Was actually shocked by how much this device worked for me. I have 2 trapped nerves in my c6 c7 disc that I've been getting numbness in my right arm and pins and needles for weeks . Did around 5 mins the day I got this and found I got tingling in both arms and neck after 2 mins . When I got up , I had instant improvement in my right arm and my neck felt loose . 3 days in and its almost cured my issues. Really wasn't expecting such great results. Only thing I'd improve is the fact it tends to wanna slip of my neck/head. Maybe a light chin strap would be awesome

the elastic parts that attach head parts to the door shackle is to thin . it snapped at the joint end first time
