The clasp is impossible!
I got one of these for me and for my Mom and neither of us are able to put the bracelet on by ourselves - the clasp is impossible! My Mom had to google search on how it even works (the heart comes apart as the clasp). I decided to just keep mine on all the time, and now the clasp has loosened and I can't wear it anymore. Definitely not worth the money. I'm going to try to return this. Disappointed.

The bracelet is just very cheaply made, not durable, easily breakable, I lost 3 gems from the clamp bending.
