don't expect much
Batteries are corroded and unusable.Not 5x power, maybe 2x.Lenses are very soft plastic, will scratch when touched.

exactly what i expect for $7
the battery tray is too small, I almost went to return it then used the rage of brute force brought on by an uncooperative inanimate object. JAMMED them as hard as could be and eventually it worked. You can buy 10 of these for less than 1 decent one, so it sucks but also, it's so cheap you can't knock the quality without looking dumb yourself

You can use this. Take your time.
Less than $15, it would be tough to rate this too low. The optic is rather wavy, and the batteries are TINY. I could barely hold them to put them in the tray.With that said, they are bright, and you CAN do a sensor inspection by moving the sensor around, and taking your time.Also, do the sensor inspection with the led's both on an off. Different contrast helps.
