Hello, its maximum weight is 100kg, you can buy it according to the weight of your bed.

Q: Do you get the timber or do you just get the bracket?

Just bracket. The 5 spring was not sufficient for the weight of the bed and mattress I used. It has given no benifit at all to the lifting.

Q: What is the size of the unit once it is against the wall?

It’s about 400mm deep which allows for mattress and base. It will depend on the size of the bed I.e single double or king for width.
