I was a little skeptical of the price on this shaver and how well it would work. I have paid more for a similar product and it absolutely the worst item I have used on my head. This item fits in the palm of your hand. It is sleek and sporty looking. It also has a great battery and it charges quick. The main head shaver tool is as close as you can get with a tool like this. The nose/ear clipper, the side burn and beard trimmer and face massager all work as described and leave no knicks or burns on my face or head. This product is well worth the price and easy to use, clean and maintain.

Pulled the shaver out of the box and plugged it in to charge. I was planning on going out to dinner but something came up and changed my plans. Thank God because 5 or 10 minutes later I smell burning plastic and go into my bathroom to find this shaver in flames just a few inches away from my hand towel and the wall.The fault is likely to have been internal as the melted portion of the shaver was not around the outlet or charging port. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I understand I may have just received a faulty product but it's not worth the risk in my opinion. Something so simple as poor craftsmanship could have caused me to lose everything.On another note, Amazon's customer service was very attentive when I reported the problem.

This shaver gives me the best head shave. Tried many too. Easy to clean, easy to use. Only problem I had was the battery wouldn’t hold a charge after the first full charge. Lasted long enough for a close shave. Next charges only gave me 1-3 minutes. I exchanged it but bought this same one. Just think the battery was defective. Great shave. I don’t usually leave positive reviews for defective products, but this is an exception. I believe it’s an awesome shaver

After using the shaver, it runs out of battery, so I put it to charge. After an hour, we smell An intense burning smell. After searching the entire house trying to find the issue, I saw how the shaver had melted and had burned the counter. I can only imagine what would have happened if I was not home. This product is a liability to your house and family. I usually don't leave reviews, but I feel it is essential to let everyone know that they could put themselves and their lives in danger when purchasing this product.

The media could not be loaded.  This was bought as a Christmas 2021 gift for my husband. Today is February 5th 2022. He left it to charge and we went out and our daughter was going to go out with us but changed her mind at the last minute. Thank god she stayed home because our bedroom/bathroom area smoke detector went off and she checked and found this thing blazing! Don’t buy this!!! My house could have burned down (with my dog in it!!!)

If you need more than 20 minute shave time look elsewhere. This thing dies after 15-20 minutes of use on a fully charged battery. Waste of time and money, frustrating POC.

Wow. I've been thinking about moving to this style of shaver vs a clipper and its awesome. Half to time to complete and wife not yelling at me to clean up stray hair clips. Great head shaver!ETA: I am the wife and I approve this message!

We purchased this razor for an easy way of maintaining my father's beautiful bald head and clean-shaven face since it has become difficult for him to manage a razor. This is a Christmas gift he actually needed and enjoys and is doing a great job for him. Also, he loves new electronic gadgets the serve a purpose.
