The online delivery by seller was not up to the mark. No warranty card. Loose packaging in this heat means lots of smoke was there and black mark on wire. packed with greasy hands. Amazon does not check when it arrives from seller. There was dent on woofer looked like someone hammered it mildly at one corner. This might have happened due to poor packing quality. But kept it because I have seen demo of Panasonic and the sound quality was amazing. This system that was delivered to me is working perfect.Checked Dolby Atmos sound and if you like to hear crystal clear sound with right amount of bass ..go for it. Bass is loud and even at low volume you can feel the binge of bass because of low hertz that permits bass effect at a very low volume as well. Remote is working fine. Remove the plastic film cover from front end and battery of remote. AUX, Blue tooth, FM, all fine. USB I have not checked yet. This product is so far best in ths category. Would not name but have checked all prevalent models in this category. If you have 10 by 12 room, then play at 45-65% of the volume for the best effect. You can feel how loud it is. Even you roam around the room..you can feel the richness, thickness and heaviness of bass. This feature other models lack. used to have 2-in 1 in 1980s and amazed the quality is maintained. Hope this helps. Buy it if you spend a lt of time in front of a PC or want a rich kind of music experience even with your family members. Buy it. Thanks Panasonic.

its a decent speaker. with USB, FM, AUX, BT.. the FM has got a good antenna too, like the one we have in our normal radio.. the only problem i saw in this is that there is no bass/treble adjusting knob. instead they gave a preset equalizer setting in the remote (jazz/rock/pop/normal) the bass is not too great and not too bad either..but the worst thing is how seller or amazon handled this package. it had a good packing with the bubble wrap but still when i opened it up, the woofer had a dent on it. this is the second time i am ordering a 2.1 speaker from amazon. and both times there was a minor dent on the product. i hope amazon takes this into note in the future.the best thing that i liked about the product is how minimal or compact it is. the satellite speakers is small and rest easily on the woofer. and you have all the controls on top of the woofer - power,volume,source,scan.

Product quality is ok. But if you are planning to connect with TV, I do not recommend. Aux input have no sound quality when connected with TV. But sound quality is better when connected with phone and playing FM radio.There is no separate adjustment for bass and treble. There are only for preset equalisers on the remote, which is not enough for a better sound selection.Delivered product was not functioning well. One of the satellite speakers was not working. Already initiated product return.Overall not satisfied with the purchase.

Everything is good but a drawback is only 2 FM channels work in it. Rest everything is excellent as mentioned in the product description. Worth it!

You only get to 4 different bass modes(in the remote). Can't adjust the bass manually.3. Bluetooth can only be turned on/off from the remote. No button on the speaker. So, if the remote is gone, you will be doomed.

Excellent sound quality. Don't expect awesome sound quality from day 1. Burn-in for at least 12hrs then experience great quality sound. I didn't want a speaker that's too loud for the neighbours, this one suits my needs. Don't overthink, go for it. Way better than other cheap brands. Bass is also good. I've connected it to my TV.
