Removed stain a professional could not
I spilled a cup of mocha on my pale rug and created a very unattractive brown spot, which was unfortunately right by my front door. A professional cleaner only got the spot slightly better. I tried Folex, Spot Out and several other cleaners that did not remove the stain. This one removed the entire stain almost immediately. A shadow of it came back after about a week, so I sprayed again and now it's gone for good. 10/10 would recommend this. It saved our expensive rug.

This stuff is great!
Not always easy to find - but it gets everything out - I bought it for cat hairball stains, etc.This is the best one by far.

This product works best when the stain is fresh. If it has dried up it takes multiple attempts to clean up the stain. But overall it does the job
