Endulge Candy Bars, Chocolate Candies, 5 oz by Atkins (Pack of 2)

These little gems taste almost exactly like M&Ms, just with less everything. They're a bit smaller, but are extremely satisfying when you want a snack you won't beat yourself up for eating. The only problem I have with this product is that unlike its chocolate covered peanut candies counterpart-which is nearly identical to the real thing as well, this item is difficult to find and atrociously priced. I can buy 4 boxes of the chocolate covered peanut ones(for the husband)for the price of 2 boxes of plain chocolate candies. It's ridiculous so I won't be purchasing them again, unless the price becomes commensurate. The shame is I don't like chocolate covered peanuts, so I will do without. Thankfully Atkins has a plethora of other great doppelganger treats available.FYI: The problem with price is not with the seller, it's all over, and it was too expensive even before prices got out of hand.So if you simply must endulge in this treat but like me, have an issue with the M&Ms company and/or want better snacking options, by all means get them, you won't be disappointed!

Tastes great, every bit as good as the melt in your mouth not in your hand type. The drawback is the sugar alcohol effect on the gastric system. Be aware this may occur and stay close to facilities if you consume any amount of these. It is not a problem in all Atkins products but occasionally the bars also full of sugar alcohol. The exception is the chocolate covered peanuts and caramel rolls. This does not seem to be a problem with the candy coated peanuts just the candy coated Endulge Chocolate Treat.

These are what I refer to as fake m and m candy. I love eating these and those with peanuts. No deprivation here! Atkins researchers and marketing.. thanks so much!!

These are absolutely delicious and cure any craving for Eminem's Without all the bad sides. The only problem is I don't understand why they don't have these in the stores and so you have to pay more than double the cost of any other Atkins treat to get them but every now and then they are so worth it

I used to buy these in the store but they quit selling these. My husband likes M&Ms and this is the perfect solution to his cutting down on sugar. I will say, though that Atkin's is a bit too costly

I'm giving these candies a three only because they really are delicious - almost like real M&Ms! But there's one big problem: Maybe most people don't have problems with Malitol (the sugar alcohol in this product), but I certainly did, and it was pretty bad. I stuck to one serving because I know any sugar alcohol can cause ... intestinal distress ... but a short time later, I endured several extremely hasty trips to the bathroom over the next hour, ugh! Hoping it wasn't the candies that caused the problem, I ate another pack a few days later--with, unfortunately, the same unpleasant consequence. I've never any issues with any other type of sugar alcohol, so if you have, consider either passing on these or eating only half a pack - not an option for me because the packs are already small.
