First off, Im so very happy to get my fruit off my counter .We have a very small kitchen and just trying to declutter things. I am glad i purchased this product. Over all i love it there are some issues i have with it but i can live with it. It came to me in great condition no rust no parts missing ,it wasn't leaning .Putting it together so very easy. The price was reasonable i believe. The two things I dont really like it is a little bit bulky ,it was me that didnt pay attention to how big the baskets would be ,but i will be okay with that , But the other thing is when i hung it over the door,its hanging were my washer/dryer is theres a gap so when you do shut the door it kinda moves .But i did not want to send it back so i just got some cardboard and stuck it in between the door and hook and it works and stuck some on the bottom also so it wouldnt hit the door everytime i shut it. I did also go and buy some liner,and cut some up to put in the baskets i dont want anything dripping on the floor if one of my fruits is bad lol.. Overall even with the two issues im a very Happy Customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was looking for baskets that I could use individually in my horse trailer to organize supplements and treats. These worked perfectly. I didn’t use the mounting frame it came with, and ordered magnetic hooks to attach them to my trailer wall. This set was perfect for the space I needed them to fit in and are sturdy enough to hold the weight of the containers with supplements.

I wish I had taken a picture of the process I had to take to put this thing together. Seems simple, put the piec3es together and screw them together. NOPE -- in so many ways is this the worst. The screws had no nuts to hold them in place. So the entire thing wouldn't hold together.Knowing that this is the only thing I have found that will fit my area, I really couldn't return it.So here's where the frustration begun. Thankfully I have screws and nuts that fit the holes. But one of the first screws I put in was indeed stuck. Not stuck to another piece to link it together, but just stuck. I tried everything to get it out. So after I put it all together using what I had on hand, I had to super glue the bars together where the screw was stuck but didn't hold anything .Now to another issue entirely, The holes for the baskets were off from what is pictured. So the bottom basket wouldn't go ow enough. They gave the wrong length. So I had a drill with a steel bit to drill new holes in it. I mean really, is this crazy or what!!! But then the basket wouldn't slide into the hole because of how its built. So I had to straighten the hook on the basket, put it through the hole and bend it back into place. I was worried this would change the strength of the hook, so I again, superglued it.All in all --- the worst experience I've ever had building anything. I have build IKEA stuff all the time, cabinets, furniture. And have a good selection of tools. I consider myself pretty handy.This is the least thought through product. My advice to the manufacturer ---- INCLUDE NUTS for your screws.

This item does have a lot of space and was an overall good purchase but the frame came a bit warped so it took a bit of finagling on my boyfriend’s end to get it straight and sturdy on the wall. He had to add some extra screws in. I don’t regret the purchase as I get a lot of use out of it but it was a sort of a pain to put together.

The brackets are solid and the baskets attached securely to the frame without wobbling. The problem I had and the reason for the lesser rating was because the over the door hooks were too wide for the pantry door They rubbed the door frame and they let the baskets bang against the door when you opened and closed it. I solved this problem by drilling four holes in the closet door and using sheet metal screws to mount the bracket. I discarded the over the door brackets. Now it fits securely.
