Snapped first time it was used breaking my iPad
Such a beautiful bag, perfect size, loved it. Lightly packed it for a couple of nights away, and on lifting it into the car the metal buckle attaching the shoulder strap to the bag snapped causing the bag to drop from my shoulder to the ground. Went back into the house to re pack into a different bag and noticed the drop had actually cracked my iPad screen. Really P’d off about it .. bag wasn’t even half full : (
