Very weak structure
I used this product for its intended purpose ie airing laundry.It arrived with one broken spindle but I used it anyway, but a few weeks later another spindle fell off.I have asked for a refund but the company will not oblige.UNFIT FOR PURPOSE, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Not as robust as I hoped and easily knocked over when passing the bath
Needed to use it as a towel rail over the bath but it’s not as strong as my previous one and easily knocked over.

Packaging was fine
When I opened up the packaging it was all bent and disfigured. I won't send it back as I need it and it is too much hassle but its not worth the money.

4 wires were broken upon opening. I couldnt return it anymore because the box was ripped already. The gaps between the wires are so small as well.😪😪😪Waste of money!
