Q: sim card reader does not work. I have tried 3 different phone sim card readers and none of the work

I do not have this sim card reader, but I purchased two others and determined that th software does not work with Windows 10. I set up a virtual Windows 7 environment and it was able to read a sim card. If you are using Windows, the issue may be the version of Windows you have.

Q: is the cac card reader scr3310 v2.0 compliant?

Doesn't matter because it doesn't work.

Q: Can this retrieve data from cell phone sim cards?

it will not retrieve pictures from a 2g (old motorola flip phone) sim card... it is not recognized by computer
