Good quality and pretty sturdy at a great price.

When I received this dresser and took all the parts out of the box, one of the side pieces was damaged and unusable. (The part was packed in the center of the box surrounded by other undamaged parts with no damage to the box). I attempted to contact Delta Customer Service by phone as they request you do to fix any problems before returning the item. I tried to call no less than 10 times during their business hours and never got to talk to anyone as it would have me on hold for 20 minutes then hang up on me due to nobody available to answer the phone. I then sent an email to them. Keep in mind this was all the same day I received the dresser. While waiting on an email reply, I tried to call the number some more with no luck. I even resorted to trying to get ahold of someone on Twitter and Facebook, which didn't work either. Three days later I received a reply to the email requesting photos of the damaged part and more information about the item. I replied within a few hours and waited another three days for a reply which said they would be shipping a replacement part which I would receive within 7-14 DAYS! Really? Alright I guess. I waited some more and received the part 6 business days later. Great! I begin to put the dresser together and couldn't even make it through step #1. One of the pieces was assembled wrong at the factory. There were threads in the hole for the dowels and no threads in the hole for the screws. After making sure multiple times I have everything lined up correctly and figuring out there was no way it would go together, I immediately attempted to call the customer service number again, twice, again with it hanging up on me after 20 minutes, twice. I have since sent another email.I wish I could comment on the quality of the dresser as it seems it would be a decent piece of furniture but after 16 days its still in pieces on the floor. I caution anyone to buy any Delta products unless you have the patience to deal with almost non-existent customer service if you have any problems. At this point, I am tempted to somehow package it all back up and send it back and go with another company. I will update this review whenever I receive a reply to my email.

Grab a drink, and a snack because you're going to be building for a while. The directions are straightforward. It's just a time consuming build. The drawers do not close completely with a light push, I assume maybe to lessen the blow to little hands that may get caught. It closes completely though with a firmer push. It slows as it becomes closer to the dresser, so I'm fairly certain it's The design of the product. The rails slide smooth. It also came with an anchor to attach it to the wall. It's very heavy and some pieces are wood, some are particle board. I bought this for my daughters nursery and it's doubling as a change table. They also sell a topper for a changing pad, but 4 boards for that price was just ridiculous in my opinion. I'm very happy with it. Check the different colors for different prices if you're not too picky.

The product is beautiful. Reason for 4 star and I’ve seen other reviews on it. One drawer won’t close all the way.

I was given this product to review and share my experience. We were very pleased by the quality of the item - very sturdy, well built and beautiful. While the assembly may take about 2 hours, the instructions are easy to follow. We love that this came with wall attachments for extra safety. The only thing we wish was different the fact that the drawer rollers come pre-installed this limits some of the ability of the drawers to close perfectly - but it saves you the headache of attaching them yourself. Overall we are very happy with this dresser.

I’ve been searching for a dresser for my daughters nursery for weeks and this was finally it! Many dressers online had terrible reviews and this one was perfect. Beautiful, nicely made, thick and sturdy and packaged really nice. My hubby said assembly was not hard at all, straight forward directions and took him just under 2 hours.

The dresser did take a long time to put together. The reviews we read before buying it said the same thing. The instructions were easy to follow though. The hardest part was putting together the drawers. Some of the holes didn’t line up as they should. One of the handles did not work, but they sent an extra so we used that. The dresser looks great and seems sturdy. We also got a Serta crib in dark chocolate and they match great. Dark chocolate looks great. Dust shows up real well on it though.

After reading lots of bad reviews, I was very hesitant to buy this dresser, but I'm so glad I did! The dresser is well made, and the instruction booklet made it easy to build. It comes completely unassembled in a very large box, however, and it took my husband around 4 hours to put it together from start to finish because there are so many parts and screws. He ended up using a power drill, even though the instructions said not to, which made everything much tighter. Now that it's assembled, it feels extremely sturdy, and the color and trim matches our Serta Bethpage crib perfectly. If you have a Serta crib, I highly recommend this dresser to complete your set!
