Wrong plug
Came with a European plug. Doesn’t have the chirogun logo on the side. Disappointing as it was ordered as a Christmas present and now I have to find time to order another and return this.

Did not even work had to return it.
I brought it as I saw some good reviews when it came i put it on charge and did not work, had to return it don't waist your time and money on this product.

Actual gun is spot on. everything works as should and so many attachments. When the battery dies you’re screwed… the plug isn’t UK!

Extremely disappointing
Product arrived on time and in a sealed box for my sons Christmas present. On opening the gift all looked good and of quality but that’s where it stopped. Massage gun just didn’t work after a full charge. I’ve received an email stating that they are sending out a new one but as of yet it hasn’t arrived. Just disappointed for my son to open a gift on Christmas Day that didn’t work😩

Very disappointed stopped working after first use
Followed instructions to full charge before use, then used it and worked great, then come to use it again and it wouldn't even turn on, the only time the interface screen would work is with the charger plugged in, but then the gun wouldn't do anything not even start even though fully charged.

Eu plug attached, no adapter
Ordered for my son for Christmas, arrived with an EU plug attached and no adapter. Would have ordered a different one had I known! Shame as spoilt what would have been a very nice present, now have to wait for an adapter to arrive before he can use it.

Wrong plug
The Q&A clearly states products sold to the UK will come with a UK plug. This is not the case. Gifted as a present and they haven't been able to even switch it on yet as they can't charge it. It comes with a European 2 pin plug.

Amazing massage gun , cheap price , many attachments , two massage balls. Overall great purchase would recommend
