The day I got this product I used it for ...
The day I got this product I used it for three knives, after 20 minutes of using this it literally blew up and started to release smoke.In short I was able to use this product for 20 minutes before it blew up.

The product was awful. I couldn't even finish sharpening 1 knife before the machine blew the fuse out in my kitchen. I went out to the fuse box in the garage to reset the fuse & tried again & the 2nd time it blew the fuse out AND the blew the machine out. Completely ruined it. A total waste of money & a danger to anybody who attempts to use it. I'm lucky my fingers are not blown off.

Poor product quality.
This knife sharpener has very poor performance. The slightest touch of the knife blade causes the grinding wheels to stall and jam. I think this product had been returned and repackaged.
