UPDATE: Upgrading my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I did not get the product to work correctly, but the seller did contact me twice after leaving my feedback to try and make things right. I opted not to order a different product to replace it, but I will give them an A+ for customer service. I feel that a competent, caring customer service adds significant value to a product and adds confidence to choosing to purchase something.Original Review:This product was, unfortunately, unusable. The velcro pieces that hold it together started ripping off almost immediately. One of them came off before I even got to use it. Might be possible to glue it back on, but wasn't worth the effort. Contrary to to description, this does NOT fit the Galaxy Note 4. Don't even bother with large phones. Trying to close the phone in this device resulted in either the volume button being permanently depressed, or the power button being permanently depressed. Additionally, I could not get focus on this as the left and right lenses were not comparable. This made the picture fuzzy and nearly unwatchable (yes, of course I took the protective plastic off the lenses and wiped them). The suction cups that get placed on the back of the viewer were unable to hold my phone to any noticeable degree. While it wasn't a great loss for the money, it was a great disappointment.I will also caution people that there are a significant number of fake reviews for this product, as determined by looking at the account histories of the "people" who left them.

Overall it does what it is meant to do and well when it comes to a vr experience! However, the extra add ons don't work. For example the padding for the part that stays on your face refused to stay on. The button inside the vr never worked. Also the suction cups to hold your phone in place would stick to the phone so tight that once you tried to take the phone off it would rip the paper off the cardboard vr making it impossible to place the suction cup pad back in place due to the adhesive being ruined! But I mean you honestly pay for what you get. So Im not too mad cause it still does everything I wanted it to do aka give me a cheap and quick vr experience

for the price its an alright product although it dosent come with any instructions so i had to look it up on how to put it together.the good things about it are1) its cheap2) its not really a waste of money3) it was really fast shippingthe bad things about it is that1) since its really cheap the lenses in the vr arnt really that good in like the middle of the lenses its really blury so you cant really get the full experience of the video.2) how i said before theres no instructions so you have to look it up on how to build it3)when you put the vr headset on on the side of the vr it does not cover all of the background out

Good product for an awesome price! I've just set it up and only played one game so far but it was awesome! Can't wait to watch 3d movies and play more games with it. A small note for youguys would be that the nose padding isn't very comfortable, in fact I spent a few annoying minutes checking to find out the padding was staying in place. This was confusing because it feels, while it's on your head, as though there isn't any padding. But I've checked and it's in place it just isn't very good padding. But still it's awesome for the price! if you want perfect comfort you wouldn't be buying it so cheap so just enjoy.

I've been wanting to purchase this for a while, finally, have the ability to I made a knee-jerk reaction and purchased it. All in all the whole thing is very interesting and I found myself using Youtube on it. However, one destructive issue I've noticed is in the middle-left I can see a blurry spot. on the right side I can see the videos perfectly, but when I look at the left side it's very hard to see what was going on. I have posted all over, I have tried cleaning the lenses and my phone's surface with a microfiber cloth but it did not help. Perhaps this is simply a problem with the lenses and not the product in its entirety. However, I'm still forgiving it for how much the VR experience surprised me. But if I can get an answer on how to fix it or even get a replacement, I would be grateful.EDIT: The creators sent me another one, it's perfect, great service.

This could probably go 4 1/2 stars but due to packaging method the inside of the lenses were badly scratched. They need to apply the lens protectors on the inside like they do on the outside. So, because of these scratches, the image appears irritatingly blurry. Basically unusable. It was delivered at the end of November 2016. I gave it as a gift to someone at the beginning of February 2017. So the "return window" has closed. Too bad. It seems like it would work pretty well if the lenses were perfect.

This is a good VR headset, with some modifications. The construction is okay, but i used a stick of hot-glue to keep it together. This has a button that touches the screen for those phones that don't have a magnetic sensor. It also was very uncomfortable to wear and let a lot of light in around your head. I modified it with more cardboard to extend the sides, and foam all the way around. (Please see attached pic) Now it is completely immersive and comfortable to wear.

you get what you pay for...so these work but probably aren't as great as the high end ones. a little uncomfortable since it is just cardboard. it works for my young kids and they think it's fun but i am already considering buying a better pair to see if these work the same or not.
