Tiny package, big results
We’ve been team Sposie for years. My older child and younger one both soaked through night diapers without a booster. But, times being what they are, we decided to try Medline as a more affordable alternative. I opened the package and felt disappointed and skeptical. The Medline pads are VERY thin compared to the Sposies (see 2 pictures attached—Sposie on the left and Medline on the right). However, it’s been a month and the Medline pads have prevented leaks 29/30 times. The sole leak resulted from user error (specifically misplacement of the pad on the diaper). I included a picture of how you should place it to prevent leaks (fold top part under and make sure it’s lower than the top of the diaper). We are now officially team Medline. The pads are non-bulky, super absorbent, and do not leave any weird gel balls or anything else on the skin. No diaper rashes and a happy baby. 10/10

Great for heavy overnight wetters. Won't leave a bunch of crystals behind.
So I was using another brand of diaper booster for many months. The price was $29.99 for 200. I needed more and the listing was gone. I scoured Amazon until I found these and ordered them in a whim. There is a "popular" brand that is SUPER expensive that was out of the question. The other brand was good, but left behind a lot of the material if it was super saturated. The little crystals are hard to clean up. These don't leave those little crystals. She's not wet in the morning either. I am truly happy to have found these, the price is comparable to what I had before and lost. Thanks, Medline.

GREAT VALUE, BETTER THAN SPOSIE PADS!!!!
GREAT VALUE for the money! I was using Sposie pads and was just throwing money away. My baby uses two overnight Huggies and two pads with his diapers overnight. He has slept 12-16 hours since he was 9 1/2 months old. I know, I’m VERY BLESSED!!! He is a heavy wetter at night and these are great!!! Get these instead of the big brand!

Improves overnight diaper absorbency!
My son is constantly wetting through his diapers during the night. He is not even a year old and already wearing size 7 diapers so there’s really no bigger size for us to put him in for more room. Every morning he wakes up with the front of his onesie completely soaked and I feel so terrible but I don’t want to wake him up at night to change his diaper, as he is such a peaceful sleeper. I bought these pads because upon doing research, the theory of adding a pad to a diaper definitely made sense. At first I tried regular Maxi pads but those aren’t meant to soak through to the bottom so I found myself having to jimmy rig them. Sposie brand is way more money so I thought I would try these first and they work great! We still have occasional mornings where he wakes up wet but these pads have improved that dramatically.TIP: At first I was putting the pad all the way to the front of the diaper but I realized that they are more effective placed further towards the back, so the diaper still has room for absorbency in the front and once the front gets fully wet, it can start to draw urine towards the back

Awesome product & value!!
A game changer if your baby is peeing through their diapers!I started off with the Sposie brand booster pads, but I was paying more than double for them, & although initially I liked that they didn’t have an adhesive strip, I grew to despise this when my baby became a super strong & determined squirmer!...sometimes just lining up the diaper under him is hard enough...try doing that, & an inner pad...forget it!

JUST BUY THEM!!
My 11 month old has been sleeping on her stomach since 6 months old. For the longest we've struggled with night leaks. I had to bathe her every morning, change the sheets, do a load of laundry, etc.So I bought some diaper booster pads to help (a different brand, with great reviews). I ordered them and it reduced her leaks to maybe 60% of the time instead of every night. So I figured, well that's better than leaking every night.BUT as I ran out, I went to order more of the brand I was using before and they were unavailable. So I came across these Medline booster pads. Read the reviews and figured I'd give them a try......LET ME TELL YOU.... WE HAVE HAD ZERO LEAKS ....ZERO... SINCE USING THESE! SO JUST BUY THEM!!!!!Not only are the super absorbent, they are so thin and soft. Which would make you think they won't be as absorbent. I was so wrong. My LO seems so much more comfortable at night and I couldn't be happier. So please do yourself and your baby a favor and just order them. Now!

Extra protection for use with a longer, thicker adult booster pad
Extra protection for use with a longer, thicker adult booster pad.•Good value; I use them to create a front "T" shape over a longer, thicker incontinence booster pad for extra protection.•If I'm rocking back & forth, create an "H" for unexpected gushers.•Some people just cut the longer adult & to create "T" or "H"I wear regular underwear over the disposable underwear for a smoother panty line.

Poor quality compared to other brands
I’ve been through a few beads of diaper pads in my day and these are terrible. They’re not long enough and both my girls wake up with grainy bit in their parts from the pads. Is kid we just got a defective batch but I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone.
