I have used all 3 of these products (bought direct from manufacturer & also from Amazon). The gluten guardian absolutely works 100% great and when I do want to cheat on my diet and eat a slice of pizza or if I go out to a restaurant, etc., these will protect you from the impacts of hidden gluten.The Masszymes digestive enzymes are fantastic and, if you're eating healthy, you will have perfect poops. Be aware that this also has Bromelain in it as an anti-inflammatory but it also has a blood thinner type effect so if you are on blood thinner medication, you'll probably want to discuss with your doctor first. I've been taking these for 3 years now and consider them a staple of my supplement routine.The P3OM just kind of sat on my shelf & I'd take them once in awhile but never "felt" different.
