The fit is very good, the thickness is perfect for Judo or JuJitsu. The pants so not shrink. The top holds up nicely after multiple washings with no shrinking. Use the washing direction and you should never have a problem

Honestly too big I'm 6.1 / 150lb size 5 definitely too big. Someone else could fit in there.
