Fine Point
I was glad to see these refills fit my favorite cheap, speciality pen that I was going to throw away. The 0.7 is fine point, I wished they had 1mm in blue ink.

It’s a 0.5, not 0.7
The ink writes well- but this is a fine point 0.5, and not a 0.7.

I looked high and low for refills to fit my favorite pen - these did. BUT, the points of these refills, instead of being 'medium', are so fine and SHARP that they barely make a scratchy mark on the paper. BIG disappointment!
