Just received mine this morning.
First off, I'd like to say that the shipping was extremely fast. I ordered my trainer Wednesday morning, and here I am today, Thursday morning with it on as I type this review. As far as the fit, it fits exactly the way it's supposed to. I got the L/36 as recommended according to the size chart (the size chart indicates that you are to go by your height and weight, not your actual waist measurement or shirt size, so keep this in mind). It fits very tight; it should be to where it's a bit of a chore to get it on, which it was. However, it didn't take as long as it took some of the other reviewers to get it on. It took maybe about ~5 minutes at best and that's mostly because as I would secure another hook, the previous hook would come undone when I tried fastening from the bottom up. So I started from the top instead and it fastened with no problem and stayed. The cincher is EXTREMELY tight once you get it on. Tight, but not uncomfortable. No, I would not recommend going up a size because doing so would defeat the purpose of this product. This is meant to supplement your workouts and help you shed fat in your mid-section, all while helping to create that coke-bottle shape at the same time and also improving your posture. If you go up a size, yeah, it'll fit you and yeah you might burn SOME calories, but you will not get that coke-bottle effect, and you will never get results at their fullest potential. So go by the sizing chart. There are plenty of them out there if you cannot find it on this page, but make sure you look for the sizing chart specific to the Ann Chery cinchers. If you follow that chart and aren't in denial, you will end up with the right size. Remember that the right size means that it should be a bit tight when you first try to get it on. Also note that it will become a little bit easier to put on the more you wear it, and as you start to lose the inches in your waistline. I didn't really need to lose the inches, but I wanted more support when I exercise, and also wanted to improve my posture a bit. However, loosing an inch or two more wouldn't hurt so I look at it as a bonus. Also of note is that this cincher did not have a strong latex smell; I got the purple one, so I don't know if that's why. I have seen reviewers complain of this. Maybe I got lucky. I am very much satisfied with this product, it fits as intended, and I would recommend it to anyone who can follow simple directions to end up with exactly what you need. I should also mention that this is 100% the authentic waist trainer by Ann Chery and not a knock-off, because believe it or not, Amazon floats those around here and there. The price is also great, and very competitive with those other places on Instagram and such. Plus the shipping is faster than those places (most places I seen on Instagram had super long processing times, PLUS you had to wait for it to actually ship out, so you were looking at a week minimum of turnover time from the moment you place your order), so you have no worries. I think the only place I discovered through Instagram that is remotely reasonable and good with shipping would be YourFashionFrenzy.com. These trainers start at $40 there and they have the 2-row and 3-row versions available.I recommend this item; it does work if you buy your correct size. Do not try to guess it; just get the size that matches your height and weight and when all else fails, get your bra measurement size. My bra measurement size is 36 (the cup size doesn't matter, just the number), so that's what I got, the size 36. If you try to go with your shirt size you will end up with something too small.

Shorter but made great!
This waist trainer is great! It shipped quickly and packaged well. I was so excited to get it and put it on. This is my 2nd waist trainer I have purchased. My first I bought online at waistshaperz.com it was $100 bucks on sale and even though I liked it I quickly sized down and thought to myself wow this is gonna be more expensive than I thought ... I looked on my trusty amazon and found this Colombian made beaut! I was an XL in my first latex trainer so I first ordered a large. It was soooo hard to get on! This fits smaller than others and it's my fault I didn't order off measurements. I ordered the XL And though it was a struggle to get on it's on and fits awesome! This trainer is made well and sturdy. I also noticed it's a little shorter than my previous one. It still works well for my body but definitely not as long , so if u have a lower pooch your gonna pull it down and then have your back fat not compressed. So keep this in mind. The vest might be a better option if you have both. I will be buying the vest and am keeping the large for when I size down. I'm very happy with my purchase and more so the price! I can get three for the price of my other one and like that this nips my waist in even more than previous trainer. Love this item! Will be buying more for sure

Shorter than I hoped but I love it overall
First off, I must say that I am 5'7 and 170lbs (I hold my weight very well). However, I have a really long torso and shorter legs so I wasn't sure which Ann Chery waist trainer to purchase. Since I wasn't sure I ended up buying both the 2025 and the 2026. For sizing - I measured 32" at my waist, the directions say to add 4 inches to that and then order that size, so 32 + 4 = 36, 36 is a Large. I ordered both the 2025 and the 2026 in a large. When they came I took them out and held it up and it did not look like it was going to work. However, I opened it an laid it down flat on my bed and then I laid down on my back with it underneath me. It did take some patience and effort but I was able to close it on my own within a few minutes and it looks awesome. The next time I put it on it was much easier and now I can put it on while standing up but I prefer to do it laying down. There are two things that would make this better for me personally. The length - I have a long torso and the 2026 is much shorter than the 2025 by almost 2 inches. I would love this a lot more if it were longer but since I use it for workouts it doesn't bug me that much since I cover it in t-shirts/jackets anyways. (Still wish it was longer but I'll manage). The hooks - The hooks that are there are great and hold really well. However, I wish the top and bottom hooks were closer to the edge of the fabric. They are currently about an inch from the top and bottom of the product so they tend to roll up/down. This causes a little bump that can be seen under my clothes. I wear 2025 (All black) during the regular day and so I used a safety pin to pin the top closed and it works perfect but I cant do that with the 2026 (workout waist trainer) because Im moving a lot more and I dont want to get stabbed with the safety pin.The differences between the 2025 and 2026:2025 - All Black OnlyIt is 1 1/2 inches longer than the 2026The outside (color you can see in the photo) is actually a rubbery material.Due to the rubbery (latex) material it does smell more than the 2026.2026 - Comes in multiple colorsIt is 1 1/2 shorter than the 2025I have to clean more often because its more cloth material and I workout in it.Overall - I love the product. I tend to stand taller when they are on and it flattens out all my imperfections. I can tell I'm using my core muscle more when its on because when I take it off my abs feel amazing like I did a ton of ab exercises. My best advice would be to measure YOUR waist and then add the 4 inches. The use the chart to order that size. Also - expect it to hard to get on the first time. Its suppose to be hard because it cinching your waist but once you get it on it works great. I love it. The vest is on my list of future purchases.
