I CANNOT live without this!! I waited a month after to do review .. Nothing beats coming home and treating my sore tired eyes , than relaxing with these on. The fabric is super silky smoothe, and does not cause irritation for sensitive skin people. It cools super fast even in the fridge. My eyes have no more purple raccoon eye rings nor puffiness. The strap allows perfect fit, no pain. You can smoothe the gel and press easily too to cover all over nicely. Well made and great for the price! Love it !

This product has a different texture on each side. One is sort of velvety. The other is a soft smooth plastic. It works well relieving the puffiness I have around my eyes in the morning. It fits well and I can stick it In the freezer for 10 minutes to get it a little icy for extra relief. This is a great Value for the money and super easy to use

Great product but, like others have said it does not hold the heat or cold for very long. Great fit though and comfortable.

It isn't properly covering around the eyes.. have to keep adjusting the position. Also it doesn't hold the cold temperature longer.. hardly lasts 10 mins ..

I’ve used other masks that were big and bulky, but this is the perfect size to wear and stay active throughout the treatment. The openings were large enough for me to be able to focus with my peripheral vision. I suffer from a lot of sinus headaches here in Florida and use this product often. The elastic band is adjustable, which makes it great for the amount of tension. You need to hold it in place. I would highly recommend.

So I found a use for this that I didn't originally intend but I'm very pleased with. When I get tired, rather than messing with coffee, I pop this in the freezer for 15 minutes then put it on and wake up! It's not uncomfortably cold when I do that either. It feels nice on my face actually. (I'm a nursing student so sleepiness is a part of my life right now)I do wish it was softer material. The nose bridge cuts uncomfortably into my nose bridge. I'm thinking about cutting it

I put this in the freezer to get it cold fast. At first it was too cold to put on. One minute later it was fine to put on my face. The edge is cut into my face and my nose. Although it was cold and felt good for 3 minutes. Then it was warm and did no good. What a waste of money and time waiting for it. Extremely poor design in the way that it is shaped and the edges. Extremely poor choice of whatever they put in it to stay cold, because it does not stay cold. Who wants to get up every 3 minutes to put it in the freezer or refrigerator for another 20 minutes to get it cold to stay cold for 3 minutes? I've had Frozen washcloths stay colder longer. Huge disappointment. I do not recommend. Don't waste your time.
