I love these resistance bands for my leg workouts. They are durable, flexible, and easy to use. They have different levels of resistance. It helps me strengthen and tone my legs with various exercises, such as squats, lunges, leg extensions, and leg curls. The band is also great for adding some challenge and variety to my routine. It makes me feel the burn and sweat more than usual. I can take it anywhere and use it anytime. The bright colours are also nice and cheerful. It is a great product for anyone who wants to work on their legs at home or at the gym.

These are good quality resistance bands. Compared to Latex ones, these have a different feel to them. They are comfortable and will definitely give you a good workout.They come with a drawstring bag to store them which is handy. When I tried all three I felt that the resistance is higher that what is suggested e.g. even the light one which is 7-14 kg's seemed quite hard to work with. I don't know if this is because the way the material is and it will stretch out a little and become easier to use as you use them more. I think it is basically where the starting resistance level is even for the lighter one so this could be challenging if you are completely new still building your strength. However, they are still great for workouts.They also provide some examples of workouts you can do. These will definitely be great for lower body workouts without putting issues for your joints. Overall, they are great bands.

I wanted to try resistance bands for a long time but could never decide which ones were the best. After reading many brilliant reviews for the 3D Active brand, I ordered them straight away.They arrived neatly packed, with the box containing the three resistance bands, a drawstring carrier bag, and user instructions, all contained in a plastic pouch. The bands appear to be of outstanding quality, made of stretchy material instead of latex. I hope they will not loosen with time and use due to being made of textile material. The resistance level between the light and heavy is considerable. The exercise guide provides some instructions on the different exercises you can do with the bands, a lovely touch.I chose the coloured bands because I prefer crazy colours 😊. The green band is the light one (7kg – 4kg), pink is a medium (14kg – 23kg), and purple is the highest resistance (18kg – 27kg). I work out six, seven days a week with advanced HIIT exercises. I found the green/ light band too light and started with the pink/ medium band. As I have never used them, I was intrigued by how training will go.The bands provide the optimum amount of resistance during training. If I can express it somehow, it is that your body still moves naturally; however, you feel the more robust pressure while moving. For my first time using these, I was impressed. Because they are made of elastic material rather than latex, they stay in place nicely, not slipping or becoming annoying during exercises. I even managed to do Jumping Jacks with the band around my ankles, which says a lot 😊. They also feel good directly in contact with the skin, not only over the clothing. I will definitely use the hard resistance next time, as I enjoy challenging myself.To summarise my experience of the product, I believe these bands are of high quality, clearly marked, and including a bag and an exercise guide was respectful and pleasant. I recommend them for anyone attempting to build strength or for advanced exercises. The price is absolutely approachable and I am convinced the colours will make you smile! These short length fabric resistance bands are for doing arm / leg resistance training. Don’t buy these if you are looking for the longer versions! Comes in a cardboard box and zip lock plastic bag which can be used as a storage option. Inside is the three resistance bands, a net bag for a further storage option, an exercise sheet, a few stickers and a contact card.There are three resistance levels which are indicated by the labels and colours. The light grey is the lightest resistance (7kg – 4kg), the medium grey the medium (14kg – 23kg) and the black the heaviest (18kg – 27kg).I found that they worked well and the resistance levels increased as described. They do have anti slip grips and because they are well made, I feel like they will be durable.The bands were well packaged and came the net drawstring storage bag fitted the bands in perfectly. The bands also came with an exercise sheet which I’ve photographed which shows some examples of stretches that you can use the bands for.I think that these resistance bands are very good value for money considering the quality, design and function (£14.99 at the time of writing the review) and I would recommend them thoroughly.

There is definitely a textural difference between fabric and the plastic bands, the fabric ones definitely feel a lot better and possibly even more useful for stretching than the plastic ones.The three bands come with a carry bag which helps keep them in place.This is our first order of something like this, seeing it around in other shops but never going for it.For those starting out I don't think this is a bad set and looks a better quality than the plastic ones I see.
