Large sturdy poster. I love the qr scanner code so you can see videos of the exercises. We have it hanging right by the trx bands somits easy to view and get a workout in. I would highly recommend this poster if you own trx bands and are looking for exercises.

I have used Stack 52 cards before in my kettlebell work outs and my resistance band exercises. Both proved to be very beneficial in my work outs. They kept my workouts interesting and very exciting. I did not have any boring experiences. I would just shift the cards then staring with the first card pulled from the top, that would be the exercise I would do. A new card told my what exercise I would do next. Never the same workout ever. The Stack 52 cards kept workouts fun. I highly recommend Stack 52. I am going to start suspension, TMX workouts for my poor balancing problems (I am 73). The first thing I thought of was using Stack 52 cards. My grandson who is 16 uses the Stack 52 cards for his TMX resistance training and loves the different workouts he goes through. Buy them, use them. You will not regret the experience.

This poster has a much more comprehensive set of suspension exercises than the ones the TRX site offered. I only wanted to purchase one poster to use in my home that will continue to be useful as I advance through the TRX workouts, and it appears this is all I will ever need. The visual aid is easy to follow with outline diagrams showing progression of the movements, and scan functions are included to see a video demonstration using a smart phone. I am extremely happy with this purchase, especially for the price.

only complaint thing is this retains it rolled up shape and will not stick to walls without STRONG tape. but the exercises and content is great and the QR code videoa are spot on

I was incredibly surprised at the quality of this poster. Not only is it large in size so you can actually SEE the pictures on it, the heavy duty paper it is made with is amazing as well as the glossy coating on the front gives it extra durability. Because of the extra heaviness of the paper though and because it comes rolled-up so tightly, it takes awhile for the "curl" to ease so you can hang it up without it trying to lift on the edges. I will consider putting mine into a poster frame because of this. Not a big deal and it just speaks to the high quality of the paper stock used.I also was impressed at how each exercise has a corresponding QR-code that you can use your phone to scan and immediately jump to the Youtube video, showing exactly how to perform each exercise. Wow, what a time saver this is especially when you are learning a new exercise and want to ensure you are performing it with the correct style and technique.If you have any suspension training system, this is a fantastic compliment to accompany it.

Excellent! It's big, easy to see (I've got poor eyesight), and is a terrific starting place for suspension training. Best of all, you won't outgrow it quickly, either. I highly recommend this as an adjunct to your TRX suspension training system. Everything you need in one place. The poster is high quality, won't tear or shred and comes superbly packaged.

Poster is too wide and images too small. Really hard to find wall space that will accommodate in my garage relative to where the TRX is hung. Need to make a vertical oriented poster as opposed to a horizontal.

Just what I was looking for. I did not want a deck of cards laying around for the cats to play with and the dog to eat,so a poster works perfectly. The illustrations are easy to use and if needed you can scan the QR code and watch how it is done. Which is good because I am in no way a pro with this thing.The paper is very thick and durable . Now I actually use my TRX instead of just looking at it.
