I got this on 22nd June 2025. It didn’t last for even 3 months. By early September my Fitbit sense wouldn’t charge on this charger. I had to get a new one (different brand) in early September. Is there any warranty for this product?

Very bad . Just lasted 2 months . One of the raised pins not working.

This is a resold Oboe Fitbit Versa 3/Sense 1/2 charger with a higher price and no warranty. No reason to buy this over the original product which is also sold on Amazon for cheaper and comes with 3 months warranty. As for the product itself, it's not terrible, but the cable joint to the dock could be better, and since it's very light you have to hold down when placing/remove your fitbit. I prefer Oboe's aluminium dock.

I bought this less than a month ago and the charger stopped working just after the return window closed. The product didnt even last 2 charge cycle of the watch.

Worth the money! I love when you can find a good deal on Amazon!! I purchased this charger because the FitBit Versa 3 that I purchased was renewed and didn’t come with a charger. After going back and forth debating on this because it was “cheap” I decided to know what I’ll get it because if it doesn’t work I can return it. Well a few months have gone by and I still have it!! It charges very quickly so no complaints there!! I did place those 3m Velcro strips on the bottom to keep it from falling off the charging area in my house (on top of our fireplace) the reason for this was because the height of the fireplace verses the length of the cable it was just making it ship I wanted to make sure it didn’t fall. If you are just putting it in an end table or night stand it will stay in place with no issue and no additional pieces being added. Was this review helpful?

I recently purchased screen protector for my versa sense. The bulk added by the protector at the back does not allow contact with my older dock as it has a raised edge. This dock does not have any raised edges surrounding the main contact point therefore works fine with my Versa sense. I hope the magnet does not get weaker with time.

I honestly was skeptical at the price and I wondered if this charger was going to work for more than a couple of days - but it does work, it's reliable and seems well made. The original charger I got from Fitbit was a piece of junk but as that was the "standard" I had been working off, I was not expecting this charger to be better, which it is by a long shot. The magnets are strong and definitely keep it in place while charging. It has along enough cord that it can be plugged in at a wall plug or a laptop. Delivery was super quick which was an added bonus.
