This is okay for a wheelchair or stroller...
Bought this to use with a beach chair. The velcro straps are not very long and barely fit on the arm of the chair. The cup holder is on the small size so forget using with a Yeti tumbler or cup. The pocket can hold a cell phone but not big enough for anything larger like an e-reader etc. Since there were no dimensions in the description bought it to test drive. Not really what I needed but will suffice.

It's ok; Wish it had a bigger pocket for an iPad
I bought this thinking it could expand my seatside storage. It's fine. Nothing great, not really worth the 20 bucks but what can you do. I'm bummed it's a little limiting - it should include a larger overall pouch for ipads or notebooks (paper). Other than that, should fit a phone and some sunglasses just fine.
