Integrates perfectly with any 12v rail/wire system
I have a 12v track system (pic) which is about 15 years old but still in perfect working order. I recently replaced the four original halogen bulbs with Philips Hue GU5.3 colour spots but I wanted to add a fifth spot to direct light with better precision at a wall mirror. Alas, it was impossible to find a fitting for the existing system so I took a punt with this Single Spot from Paulmann. The price was worth taking the risk for. The Paulmann fixing connectors are meant for a narrower track gauge than my system (i.e. for their systems). I decided not to bend them to a wider opening as it might have broken them. Then it occured to me that I could simply hang the device from my system (gently rubbing the thin isolating film off where I wanted to create a circuit - just beneath the fixings) and use the Paulmann connectors as horizontal adjusters. Perfect. This is a very high quality product and great value too.

JUNK!
Not fit for purpose bulb and fitting nice and tight and worked perfectly for a few days then burnt out. Fitted the spare as I bought 2 and the same happened with the 2nd one.
