Perfect Chair for a Working/Home Environment 10/10
This chair is sturdy, easy to assemble, and stable. Just like it is supposed to be. The sturdiness factor comes in when I sit on it. I have tested this out, and I can safely say this is very hardy. I have tried putting pressure by trying to put 2 people on it and it works completely fine. This chair came with straightforward instructions that took me less than 30 seconds to understand. I assembled it in under 5 minutes and was actually proud of my work. The stability of the chair is amazing. I can lean around and stretch without the fear of the chair falling over. An extra feature is that there are brakes on the wheels. The brakes work really well since I work at a job where I need to keep my seat in one place for a long time and it works amazingly. I never knew I needed brakes for a chair, but here I am. It is required for me to put down the brakes every single day. Also the fact it is made out of a high quality leather makes it feel way better and look much better than my colleagues chairs. It goes really well along with my workplace. Also, I can also brag about this because this chair is so fashionable. The wheels on it are really smooth, like really. I feel like I am on ice anytime I do not have my brakes down. I can slide from one side of the room to the other side of the room in one smooth motion. The swiveling is also really smooth; it feels as if the chair was oiled. The chair is also surprisingly quiet; when I slid around the room, it didn’t make a sound. Perfect to not distracting anyone in your room. The cushions in the chair are really comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone who wants either a fashionable chair to decorate or to use in a work setting.

"Comfort and Quality: The Perfect Office Chair"
The chair is incredibly comfortable, featuring high-quality cushioning that provides excellent support for long periods of use. It rolls smoothly and doesn’t leave marks on the floor, which is a huge plus. Assembly was a breeze—everything fit together perfectly without any hassle. My only wish is that it could adjust down a bit further, as I have a shorter desk than most. Overall, it’s an excellent addition to my workspace!

Nice stool, but backrest not designed for large framed users
I ordered this as a gift for my husband to use in his shop (he is the one who chose it). He says it is sturdy and the seat is well padded, which he loves. However, the backrest is not at all adjustable and when attached to the stool in the only way possible, it sits much too far forward and he cannot fully sit on the seat. He has to only sit on the front edge of the seat. He removed the backrest and is using it as just a stool, however why pay more for a backrest you cannot use? He is large framed but within the specs of the stool... and cannot fit on the seat when the backrest is attached. Otherwise, a nice buy.

Okay stool
So I bought this stool because the one I currently own has no backrest, causing me back pain. When I first bought this stool, I didn't notice the different heights and purchased the wrong one. I contacted the seller, and they sent me a new gas cylinder with the correct height at no extra charge. They also sent me a video on how to remove the original gas cylinder and replace it. I was able to do this with no problem. Now the stool is the a better height. Also the stool is very sturdy and doesn't feel cheap. If I could change something, it would be the backrest. I wish this part of the stool was more flexible and not so rigid. It is in the right spot, but my butt isn't always fully on the seat because it is so close to my back. But overall I am fine with my purchase.update my Review 11/09This stool has many flaws because the backrest isn't in a good position I am actually straining to stay on the seat which makes my body tense. I took the backrest off but that defeats the reason why I bought the stool. Without the backrest is is even more uncomfortable. Also, I realized that the cushion in the seat must be foam or something. It leaves an imprint of where your butt sits and keeps that imprint. I am sure after a while it flattens the seat. I can't return it now, oh well.

Would buy again!
10000/10 love this chair! If for whatever reason I need another, I will be getting another one of these! The style of wheels are excellent! They don't get stuck anytime I try to move like the cheap wheels that's usually the norm.Large base seat with a supportive back, I could sit at my craft desk for hours and still be comfortable. For the price, I say it's worth it.

good, but needs adjustments to seat and back
This is a sturdy chair and easy to assemble ( took me less than 1/2 hour to unpack and put together)--I agree with other reviews on that much. However, I find the seat hard--after about 15-20 minutes, I need to get up and move around, which is inconvenient since I am gluing and painting small items for my etsy shop. ALso, there was a review ( man whose wife does quilting) about the seat tilting forward a bit--and yes, it does ( he put a shim and some longer bolts to fix). The tilt forward is as aggravating as the hard seat, and putting a donut pillow doesn't work as the seat is slippery ( I am a 5'4" inch, 148 lb woman --medium build, not bony) I just ordered an elasticized seat cover and will create a contoured cushion to put under the cover and hope that fixes the problem--both the hardness and forward tilt. It's a shame because I like the other features--roll wheels, locking castors, foot rest ( doesn't work when you are tilted forward, though)--didn't really expect to have to "work" on a chair --would have expected these issues to be ironed out during initial phase of product development. When you have to do this much work, I don't like to recommend a purchase--sorry! Too much trouble to return this item, so I will keep "doctoring".
