i ordered this for my daughter for christmas and she was very excited to try it because the ice roller she has now is too big to reach every small part of face. she opened it this morning and immediately filled it and put it in the freezer. she just tried to open it and had a hard time separating the two parts so she ran some hot water over it. when she pulled again the entire thing came apart, the plastic part that is supposed to hold on to the ice broke from the base and the ice cube stayed in the top. she’s upset now, it’s just a badly made product, look for one with better reviews/quality.

This doesn’t really work the way it supposed to. When you freeze it you have to fill it up all the way or it won’t freeze to the base. Also the silicone is difficult to come off and fighting it to come off separates the ice to the base. Other than fighting with it and getting trying to get perfect form. It works but not perfectly.

It's very cute and small. Great for uder eyes.

I love this product however to get it from the mold u must run hot water on the end of it.

Tone asap on first freeze

Great for getting around the eye area as it’s east to hold.The best way to open, is to twist and squeeze the bottom to release the ice.Works wonders in the morning, especially with lemon infused into the ice.Well done Glow Cube.

So easy to use for my face, the only bad thing is it’s a big hard to fill up as it doesn’t have a hole in the top like ones u see on tiktok but totally worth it x

Completely useless and a waste of money. No functional way to fill up with water and even when you manage to fill the ice doesn’t release from lid once frozen, even if run under a hot tap
