Best product on the market
This is without doubt the best product I have bought, so many I have tried that have had absolutely no effect at all but not this, just one tablet is enough and the difference is almost instantly obvious. Much more energy against tiredness or fatigue these are really brilliant. Would certainly recommend.

No clearly discernible effect.
Advocates of ginseng claim a whole host of potential health benefits, which may have some validity, but none of which have actually been categorically proven.I have been using this supplement for a few weeks now and can't say that I have noticed any clearly discernible change in my well-being. That isn't to say that there may not have been some positive effect - but just that any effect has not been such that I am readily aware of it.At the same time, I can happily report that I have not had any adverse effects as a result of taking these capsules. The quality and provenance of the product is good and it also seems to be reasonably priced for the quality and potency level, so if you are convinced of the benefits of ginseng, then this particular one stacks up pretty well against its competition.I hope you find these insights helpful.

Good dosage for the cost
At £0.16/capsule, or £0.32/day as per the recommended 2 capsule dosage, this is a very good and affordable way to get a good dosage of Korean Ginseng.According to Examine.com:"Panax Ginseng tends to be taken in doses of 200 to 400mg daily for general 'preventative' medicine, although some studies on the inclusion of Panax Ginseng in a multivitamin suggest doses as low as 40mg might be bioactive. The 400mg dose appears to confer most cognitive benefit."This supplement provides a little over 600mg across a two capsule dosage, which is more than what's generally required for general and cognitive benefits.Ginseng has been shown to have these effects according to clinical trials:- Decreasing fasting blood glucose- Increasing cognitive function due to anti-fatigue effects- An improvement in erectile dysfunction with dosaged of 3,000mg+- An improvement in subjective well-being during mental stress or disease states- An improvement in blood pressure in persons with the highest blood pressure measurements- An increase in blood flowTaking these for the last few weeks, as you might expect, hasn't shown a significant change that's noticable, but this is a long term supplement which would require careful monitoring to be clear of what the results are.For the cost, it's affordable and looking at the clinical data, it's something that I would be happy to take long-term.

Cautious recommendation
The issue in buying supplements online is that Amazon does no vetting and there are plenty of products claiming to be UK made and certified when actually they are Chinese imports to a shell company with no guarantee of quality or even that the contents are what it says on the label. Checking the website of this company, it seems to be genuine. I can't say I noticed any difference from taking these capsules but ginseng is generally regarded to be a good supplement so I will give it a cautious recommendation.

Good
These are advertised as supporting the sexual health but I have also taken in the past Korean ginseng for the vital force/energy and strengthening the immune system. It is recommended to take ginseng with some breaks after a course and also possibly start slow.Since I have taken ginseng before I just followed the dosage on the box.60 capsules come in a box with the blister pack and 2 capsules to be taken daily after meal for maximum absorption.I am now half way through the box and so far feeling good, no side effects. They are vegan. The coating of the capsules tastes a bit bitter, the outer shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, it might just be the powder root residue making the capsules bitter.Price is reasonable for 30 days.

Good quality
I know the benefits of adaptogens of which Korean ginseng is one. I take a rotation of all forms of adaptogens to handle stress and overall health. I needed a good quality Korean ginseng and suitable for vegans from a reputed supplier and this fit the bill, plus it’s made in the UK.Although I’d assume the raw ginseng is grown in other countries but most likely processed/packed in the UK to good standards. Good value for money.
