Buy this bulb changer!
Why pay more for this one? Well, made in the USA and it works - it works terrifically well! Just follow the directions - before you try to "suction on" to the old bulb, use the pole and suction cup, with a dust rag, to clean the surface of the bulb. Next, sans rag, slightly moisten the suction cup. Oh, then it works like a champ! Easy to unscrew the old, easy to screw in the new - then pull the cord, release the suction, and voila! My only annoyance was that the little plastic card bearing the rest of the cord kept unraveling. So, wind it to your preferred length, and then wrap it in masking tape, rubber band, whatever - problem solved. Oh, and a very sturdy pole as well - I also got the dusting attachment, and it is very well made. Buy this one! And nope, no connection to the company, just a happy customer.

Works well but make sure it's warm when using it.
I have a sensor flood light around 20+ feet high. I first tried to use the pole and suction cup and it wouldn't stick to the bulb. Took me a few minutes to realize it was 25 degrees out and the suction cup was too hard.I used a heat gun to warm it up and it stuck instantly. Good suction too. Took the bulb out completely fine.Reading other reviews I put some dielectric grease on the threads for lubrication. The only issue I had was with the suction cup release string. It's really long and probably needs to be trimmed. As I was raising the second Bulb, the string got caught on something and released the bulb. Which proceeded to hit a rock and smash lol. Other than that, it worked like a charm.

Not fit for purpose.
The pole is very good quality. The suction cup doesn't stick to the bulb. It seems to be too thick and inflexible. It did come with a duster attachment which I have found very useful. That's the only reason that I haven't returned it. The sucker bit is useless.

I purchased the DocaPole instead of a $300.00 10' ladder..
Installed 21 LED BR 30 Flood lights in celling fixtures 18' above floor without using on a ladder. Product worked as advertised. The only suggestion is to lightly moisture (I spit HaHa) the suctions cup or the top of the bulb to secure the hold of the bulb. Take your time in removing the old bulbs and securing the new. Some of the bulbs were harder to remove than others. I press a little bit harder and make sure the suction stays in the middle of the bulb. Dont tighten new bulb too much. The suction sometimes had a tendency to move off center of the bulb because i wasn't lined up perfectly from 18' but overall it worked very well. I am sure I will use the pole for other uses. Well worth the price.
