Poor quality, no comeback from seller
I purchased 2 letters (my daughter's initials). Everything fine at the beginning, but 34 days after purchase (you can return up to 30 days after purchase), the W letter no longer worked with the remote, meaning that you had to take off the wall to switch on or off and the different lighting modes and colours could not be selected. Provided this feedback to the seller, who have not bothered to even respond. If you are considering this as a purchase, look for something else, because if you have an issue you will get no support from seller. They just take your money and run.

They work for a while
After 4 weeks remote control won't work on it . (Will on the second one so far ) It just now has one setup and won't change
