I bought this to add a lighting harness to our Buick Encore, and it installs and works well. The most difficult part is running the power wire through the firewall, but after several tries, I weaseled it through and hooked it to the positive battery connector. Works as intended.

I'm going to give it a 3 because it likely would work on some models, but not a 2015 Chevy Trax.If you are looking for that you need to get the Tekonosha model 118659. I can't find a Curt model that fits.

Waste of time ! Thx Amazon. Doesn't fit my 2016 Chevy Trax. Pin connectors are totally different. Sent me a Buick Encore kit too assuring its the same. NOT. Now I gotta fork over return shipping costs because Amazon screwed up and sent the wrong product.

With the you tube direction the wiring harness was easily installed. The package says45 minutes to install for a professional, this was my first and it only took 1 hour, very pleased, very satisfied. I would recommend this product to anyone
