Ressured they are adjustable, which they are, the minimum length they can be adjusted to is a whopping ONE METER, (1M) ie far to long for a normal bicycle luggage carrier. tshhh

Hooks face in opposite directions
These are great.The only reason for losing a star is the hooks face opposite directions so if you are trying to secure something flat you have to twist them- defeating the object of a flat bungee
