GET THIS ONE!
This tilter is the one you are looking for. I made the mistake of buying the auto-parts store grade import version for a quick swap. It was so bad it took it back the same day before I was done with the project. This one is Made in USA, has real bearings, a fine pitch screw with lots of travel, quality hardware. You have to go a LONG way up the ladder to find something nicer. If I could give it 6 stars I'd try for 7.

Too short
Bought this to pull inline 6 engine in bmw. Unfortunately, it is the same short length as all the others which caused problems with the chains hitting the throttle bodies. They are made for v8's. Someone needs to make these things 26in between pick up points, not the 20 that this is.

I'm so glad I read the reviews
I'm so glad I read the reviews, even though there were only a few, and ordered this one. Yes, it is more expensive, but it is totally worth it. The length is perfect for my BMW inline 6 cylinder and it is more than capable of leveling the engine and transmission together. Don't waste your money on anything else.

Failed with 600 lb Load
I used this to install a SBC with aluminum heads and intake, it did not have the water pump or any accessories installed yet, but did have the transmission on it. I'd guess it was 600 lbs max. In leveling the engine and transmission from an angled position while sliding it into the engine bay and transmission tunnel it bound up. Since it is rated at 1200 lbs according to the description, I'm extremely disappointed, and upset considering the timing of the failure.

Nice tool
This is the first engine tilter I have used, but it worked perfectly for pulling a fully dressed mercedes diesel and transmission, about 850 lbs., and could not have done it without. I saw it was made in USA so I did not balk at the price. Someone made a comment that it was overseas junk but I do not believe that, the main body is steel strut (or "framing channel") stamped "WESTRUT W200", and Westrut appears to be an American company, but nowhere is "Made in USA" stamped on it that I can see, just a red US patent number sticker. I have only used it once so I cannot speak to its longevity, but it has nice welds, not beautiful but certainly don't "appear" to be sweat shop junk, the action was smooth, the long bolt was not warped, and I had no reason to doubt its rating. 4 stars only because they didn't take the time to proudly stamp Made in the USA!

Read the directions
I went for a WD-40 lube before use. It's buttery smooth, even under load. Wish I would have bought this years ago. Don't waste your money on any other tilter.
