Q: 3 year toddler has a hard time pushing pedals! What should I adjust?

The seat can be adjusted to bring the child closer to the pedals. Depending on how long the child has been riding, it could just be a learning curve and they will get the hang of it with practice.

Q: How do you lock the seat into place? The lever underneath won’t lock on my bike.

I have the same question. Even for me lever underneath doesn't lock.

Q: Will the items in the parent tray fall out when steering/turning?

Yes they do. Also the tray snaps on and so it can't hold very heavy things. For example: a canteen of water, phone, keys, kids drink. And if you take a cup of water when you turn it spills.
