I was hoping to get some relief to my swollen feet and restless legs due to pregnancy by a nice, cooling effect, but the spray works very lightly. It has an amazing smell, I but its cooling properties are quite minimal. It works slightly better if I keep it in a fridge, but I am sure it does not give me the effect I was seeking.
