Bumkins reusable snack bags are made from a polyester material with a polyurethane waterproof coating. They are certified free of chemicals and food safe.

I don't know if they are waterproof, but I can tell you that I utilize them daily for a variety of snacks: apples, carrots, grapes, cucumbers etc and they hold up wonderfully!
