This is a smooth power handle.
The handle was easy to install, and it operates very smoothly. Having arthritis, I felt less stress on my hand when reeling in the line.

Great handle, but...
Great handle, but the knob is two piece...make sure you Loctite the knob together so it doesn't back off on you while you're reeling.
