Q: Will these fit the neewer 660 led panels?

This will not fit the neewer 660 led panels. The 12X12 opening is too big. You need to select the medium size one. I just did that mistake so I know.

Above waist nude use medium, below waist nude use the small

Q: D-fuse softboxes are all shown tilted down at an angle. does it come with an extension/elbow joint to do this? if not, where can i get one?

Noit does not, you can order the elbow joints online at adorama , B&H photo or Amazon. Impact makes a model, neewer is another. This is where I ordered some. Selens Flash Bracket Shoe Umbrella Holder Light Stand Bracket S-050 for Canon 600EX-RT 580EX II 270EX II/ Nikon SB910 SB900 SB500 SB300/ Yongnuo 600EX-RT 580EXII 560IV etc, from Amazon.

No. The F7 is way too small for this. You need at least an Aperture 528 led panel
