I am using above water heater for 2 years.Pors1. heating speed is good. Within 9 to 12 minutes(based on water temperature) it provides hot water.2. Very useful if your water is hard.Cons1. It comes with 5 star energy rating but electricity bill is little more.(based on usage it may vary)

I was so hassled by all the reviews of either performance or installation during my month long research but decided to take a leap of faith with this product. I was dreading the delivery for broken/damaged product, and subsequent installation hassles. But must say, I was pleasantly surprised on both counts. V-Guard personally followed up in less than 12hrs to fix appt for installation. The installation done by their staff Mr. Ankur Choudhary was the best experience I ever had. I did the unboxing video to make sure the box contained the installation pipes and to record damages if any. The guy assured me that the company would take care so not to worry and to surprise it was all there in mint condition. The installation took less than 15mins, provided the code and the guy was off to his next installation. No extra charges was even hinted at let alone being fleeced as mentioned in other high end geysers. The guy waited till the water heated to personally check everything was working alright. I promptly received a follow up call from the company after 4 days to check on everything. Having used AOSmith before, I find this geyser of similar quality and performance at a much attractive price. Best part is that I was emailed the pdf version of the Warranty Card too. Given this kind of customer orientation, I have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone looking for a hassle free product plus installation. Cheers!

Looks okay, does the job.I purchased it in late 2023 and the 5 star ratings sticker was of 2021. Don't know if it would be considered a 5 star product in 2023. Anyways I saw that after the installation and I have surplus electricity with the solar rooftop plant so not an issue for me.I guess it has a RCCB type feature just after the plug which is a great addition. I haven't seen that being used in any other brand who manufactures geyser.The power on and heating on bulbs that glows respectively Green and Red are so small and of so less power that you can't see it properly. You have to turn the lights off and it's only visible when the bathroom is dark.1 star deducted for the inexperienced installation technicians.

Product looks good and installation service done by Sathish was very good. He is so kind and done the job without any disturbance and amazing. Must buy.

I had purchased this on July 2022, it worked with avg performance for 2 years without any issues., but suddenly it stopped working .I called customer care , they are saying it’s chargeable service , will update the exact price here , but go with some other vendor , not with this poor quality product.Waste of investment,

Item delivered has Manufacturing Date of April 2022 !Geyser backside holder metal bracket was bent, which made it difficult to fix.Installation pipes that come in the box are just 1 feet in length - you need to provide connection pipes if longer length pipes required.
