Quietish Server
I’m using the device as a server for my own video files across my network. 10 external USB drives are connected via two hubs and there are two Blu-ray drives also connected by USB. Transfer speeds between drives are as expected. I only really hear the fan when doing Windows updates. The casing is plastic and solid enough but a fingerprint magnet. I like the partial side placement of the USB ports so the front of the device is uncluttered.Only issue for now is that it does not properly wake from sleep when left for a while and I get no signal when attempting to wake from keyboard or mouse. So I’ve just set it to be always on with no screensaver which solves it.It’s all a bit previous generation for the price but does a job for me.Edit - Had to send back since the wake from sleep issue was too much as it hindered its function as a server. Likewise text looked ridiculous with 5120x1440 resolution even though my other PCs are fine with the same monitor.

Great Mini System
I love the MINIX NGC-5 which is small and easy to fit under my TV with Optical Audio which gives high quality sound to my Home Theater Speakers. It's a good home entertainment PC. I can run many Windows apps with it. The 256G storage may not be enough to hold my video and musics, that I have to add an external USB Drive to hold all my contents as well as for backup.

Very good windows powered media computer for living room
Good video quality, windows 10 included so its very easy to use. Really gives 4k @ 60hzUnlike cheap chinese off brand tv boxes.Awesome product!

NGC i5 Wao
I like the NGC-5, it's Core i5 CPU and Iris Graphics processor runs my games very smoothly, the only draw back that it does not come with Keyboard and Mouse, that I have to purchase the MINIX NEO W2 Remote Mouse/KB separately.
