OASE 706759403504 032207 Vitronic 36 Uv Clarifier for Pond

I had a big problem with algae in my pond. Bought this UV light and within a week or so the algae was dead pond cleared up and it’s more enjoyable now to see the fish.I highly recommend this product for anyone that has an allergy problem.

First 36V clarifier arrived with shattered UV bulb. Seller could not replace immediately. Amazon sent out another unit. I removed that UV bulb and returned. Installed original and it was blowing circuits and would not work. Returned that unit, purchased 18V clarifier from Webb's. WOW. Wish I had done this a year ago. Coupled with the proper sized Oase filter the duck pond water is crystal clear.

Fast delivery but no light. After assembly and installation light does not work. I have to wait to call them during their banker's hours when I'm at work and cannot have access to the light when I call. Will update this as soon as I have it working or if they leave me hanging. I called the seller and got an answer quickly and set up the return and refund thru Amazon.I ordered a 2nd light because I didn't want to wait for the return and refund process to be complete before I can get another light. Ok I have the 2nd light a week later and it works (lights up) and I sent back the 1st one today (1 day after receiving the 2nd one) Will update as to how the refund goes and how the light does in the pond.

Just installed and waiting for my 3 days to see some better water clarity.

I have tried different brands of UV clarifier for ponds in the past few years. The ones from Tetra Pond worked for the longest and then either cracked or simply fell apart. Other brands are not even worth mentioning. I have two OASE pond filter and this UV clarifier can be attached to the filter easily (can also be used as a stand-alone) and it saves a lot of spaces and looks very neat. The light works efficiently to clarify my 2000-gallon heavily occupied pond. The quality of the clarifier is solid. I believe it should last years.
