I am 5'5" and 150 pounds with a newfound quarantine pudge. *ughhhhhzzzzz* I ordered this to waist train in and of by itself and of course, to use while exercising once I am cleared to go back to the gym. The medium was great and the BACK SUPPORT IS TO DIE FOR! This has helped my posture tremendously. When I bought it, I thought it was a conventional waist trainer slash girdle to go under my clothes. But, no, this is actually best used when working out and/or up and about. I accidentally fell asleep in it and it was not very comfortable. It is quite bulky with the double velcro. So, if you want something NOT for fashion purposes and for ACTUAL WAIST TRAINING EXERCISE PURPOSES and POSTURE TRAINING/SUPPORT, GET THIS. I think if you want an actual waist trainer CINCHER to "snatch you in" under clothes and want to "sleep-train" as well, you should get one of the conventional Yianna corsets which is what I have also ordered. NOTE: I ordered the YIANNA Waist Trainer for Women Weight Loss Latex CORSET CINCHER Slimming Hourglass BODY SHAPER in the 4 Hooks (25 BONES) style in XL and this in MEDIUM. These work great if you wear them for about four hours per day. This one is so easy to use and so flexible. Love it. Very comfortable

My biggest challenge with this type of product is finding one that doesn't fold at the lower edges because I have a small waist and wide hips. Unfortunately this product did not meet my expectations. However, despite this detail, it is generally comfortable and helps minimize my back pain. Great price.Approved.

I did have mix feelings about ordering this product however, this is the best waist trainer I ever own I use it in the gym when am on a walk or even cleaning and I can tell the difference

I couldn’t wait for this waist trainer to arrive (1 day earlier than they said), and wow was I disappointed. It was so small that there was a 3½ inch gap at the top under the bust and an 11½ inch gap at the bottom (upper hip). So I’m going to write what I would have liked to have known when trying to decide which size to choose.The garment itself measures 26 inches across the top, 25 inches at the waist, and 31 inches at the bottom at what I’d call mid-hip (I’m 5’6”). These measurements are from the hook on the right side to the first (loosest) eye on the left side. And it is 12 inches long from the top to the bottom, center front.NOTE: there is virtually NO STRETCH in the fabric at all, so measure very carefully, because if you’re even an inch off, the chances of being able to stretch it to close are very low.I’m going to send it back and get it in a large, because I love the leopard print and was planning to sometimes wear it over a top. The fabric is of good quality, it is very well-made and appears to be sturdy.I also ordered the Lover-Beauty corset with the 25 steel bones and 3 rows of hooks, and while it took some doing, am wearing it right now on the most outside (loosest) row. Interestingly enough, the measurements for this one are 26 inches at the top, 25 inches at the waist, 31 inches at the bottom, and it’s 11¼ inches long. So as you can see, it measures 5 inches LESS at the top and the waist, and 7 inches less at the bottom than the Yianna. And even thought the length top to bottom is half an inch shorter than the Yianna, it completely covers the tummy down to the pubic bone and reaches all the way down to the lower hip on the sides and in the back. Go figure.Obviously the fabric stretches and I’m surprised at how comfortable it is, even though it’s tight. I think I’ll try sleeping in it tonight.I hope you find this helpful. Will write another review when I get the larger size in the leopard corset.

This product is very effective in trimming the waist especially when I exercise.

Using post bbl recovery

I just received this and tried it on. I purchased the updated black in a size medium. Last time I measured my natural waist it was 31.5". Therefore, according to the size chart I was at the end of the medium or start if the large. Figured the medium was better since my waist is normally 27". Go by the size chart. Mine is almost too big, as the second straps are touching (shown in photo). I'm not sure if the size is dependant upon the color/model you purchase. But I say go with the size chart or order two and return the one that doesn't fit. That's what I do when I'm not sure. Anyway, I love this and it's more comfortable and fits better than the $69 and $79 waist trainers I purchased when I was smaller (too small for me now). I do not have a long torso. So this covers all of my belly. But maybe 1.5" of the bottom front is not as tight as I would like. I will purchase another for sitting around the house, because it's great for posture. Since I'm getting the blue one, I will be able to tell if there is a size difference between the two.

Fits nice and tight, but my skin get very itchy after wearing it.

I was sceptical about purchasing this product, but after much review and the fact that I needed one, I decided to take the plunge. I have used many waist trainers before, but none have done an excellent job like this.Keep in mind everyone’s going experience or body shape is different. I decided to buy the XL, which is my usual size. It fits perfectly and can be adjusted as my waist size reduces. I plan to buy the L and keep it for future use. I highly recommend it.

Love this waist trainer, got a medium..thought it wouldn't fit as I was trying it on @ first because I'm pretty curvy..but it worked! I got it on and I love the pink strap because it can adjust and get tighter of looser. I use it @ every work out especially on my treadmill during cardio! The downside though is that I am a little worried about the Neoprene material as Zi heard it's attributed to cancer!?! Hmmm... still researchibg this. That was the problem with sweet sweat waist trainers...I'm still getting the tik Tok wrap to see which one works better..or might just use both, switching between the 2. Stay fit! When I tell you this is amazing. It supports my back during workouts which is a plus , it’s extremely comfortable and the fit is just right.
