Works for my home gym
I bought it for my home gym. Absolutely does the job. You can use multiple grips with it like wide, chin up grips. It is very sturdy and helps in lifting heavier weights

perfect for lat pulldowns, approx weight 1.5kgs feels strong, came with a hook. grips are amazing,for home gym this is best.
