The mango flavor is wonderful. One teaspoon of this extract is very powerful. This was definitely a great purchase and worth the money!!

This does taste a slight bit artificial by itself, but I expected that as it wasn’t a pure mango flavor or extract. I got it to make a Mango whip type dessert so I’m hoping mixed with other ingredients it will taste good and not too fake. It does have dye in it so for anyone who doesn’t like that I wouldn’t recommend. I try not to over consume things with a lot of dye or coloring in them, but will still use once in a while or sparingly. Not sure what the usual shelf life on them is, this expires in 4 months and I’m not sure I will use it up that quickly? But I assume maybe that’s why it was cheaper than all the other flavors($2.99 compared to $7-9 range)

When I ordered this product, I’d make sure that it said that it could be returned. When I received the product, I noticed that the product is about to expire. I tried to exchange it for one that has more shelflife. However, when I tried to initiate the exchange, it says that the product is not available for return. This is horrible! I’m not even trying to return the product. I’m trying to exchange the product for something that is not going to expire right away.

What is supposed to be a mocha flavor, is so mild, that is barely detectable. No bad aftertaste, just not enough flavor.

This flavoring paste adds both flavor and color to your baking. My husband's favorite fruit is mango, and he wanted to have a mango-flavored cake for his birthday, which I had never baked before. This was a great addition to my cake. I also added dried mango pieces to a yellow cake base, creating something everyone absolutely loved. I finished off with vanilla buttercream frosting from Publix, which I would not really recommend as it added to the sweetness of the cake.

Smells like mango and tastes like it.

I was making a mango strawberry cupcake and needed the mango flavoring as my local store did not sell it. I was skeptical but this worked GREAT! One thing of note is that it does change the coloring of the cakes but that worked with what I was doing.
