I originally wasn’t happy at all with the product and wanted to return it because my drink was full of lumps after mixing. I changed my powder and it’s much better now. If you’re having issues, it may be the powder you are using. I have decided to keep it and I’m pretty happy with my choice.

After a month of use, it started to leak from the bottom. As the time goes on, the leak is increasing. Afraid that the shake will go into the motor unit and cause some trouble. Keeping that on the side, it is doing its job. No lumps, comes handy. A bit noisy, but you can't get any better for the price.

I loved this gadget when I first bought it. I even recommended it to people because of the portability and ease of use. Note I’m having problems with the lid not sealing properly. This means with machine is on and mixing my protein shake it is leaking out of the top of the cup. I’ve learned that it is because the seal is loose. I tried to secure it back into place but it’s not working. I was very upset when I mixed my drink and put the container in my bag and it spilled inside. I’m recommending that the manufacturer tweak this issue. Otherwise beware if this happens to you!
