Typically useless to more than a beginner
Thank you for taking the time to create a nice book. However I already have all that information in one chapter in another book. The unfortunate thing about us "Heretics" is finding more in depth concise information rather than stuff we already know. It's a good idea for the beginner but not much else, sorry to give you a bad review guys.

Jack (O’Lantern) of all trades; Master of none
A good overview of the Samhain season in general (from different cultures and parts of the world), but it sadly lacked depth throughout and often repeated itself. The emphasis was on Halloween and modern “fun things to do”, acting as more of a “how to” guide, rather than a comprehensive history of Samhain and archaic practices. There were some nice elements, but not enough depth to truly gain knowledge in one specific area, as the author tried to discuss too much, but with little space to do so in full.
